These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of workersfromindia.com (the "Site"), operated by Green Outdoors Global Private Limited ("GOGPL", "we", "us" or "our"), a Recruitment Agent registered with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, under Recruitment Agent Licence B-1873/GUJ/COM/100/5/10332/2023. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this Site, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

2. Description of services

GOGPL is an MEA-licensed recruitment agency that sources, screens and coordinates the deployment of skilled and semi-skilled workers from India for employers and recruitment agencies in the markets listed on this Site. This Site provides information about our services and a means for employers, agencies, lawyers and agents to submit manpower requirements. It is a consultancy and recruitment service — it is not a job portal, does not host public candidate profiles, and does not itself issue visas, permits or employment guarantees.

3. Eligibility and user obligations

By submitting a requirement or enquiry through this Site, you confirm that you are authorised to do so on behalf of the organisation you represent, and that the information you provide is accurate and current. You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or to attempt to disrupt, probe or interfere with the Site's operation or security.

4. Accuracy of information you provide

Any requirement, enquiry or application you submit is processed based on the information you provide. GOGPL is not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information supplied by you.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's text, layout, graphics and the Green Outdoors Global name and logo are the property of GOGPL or its licensors, except where otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this Site's content without our prior written consent, other than for your own reference in evaluating our services.

GOGPL provides a consultancy and recruitment service.
