How can I verify Green Outdoors Global's Recruiting Agent registration?
We are registered with the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, under Recruitment Agent Licence B-1873/GUJ/COM/100/5/10332/2023. Verify this directly on the Government of India's eMigrate portal, or check our D-U-N-S number 87823-6927 for an independent business record.
How can an overseas employer submit a manpower requirement?

How does the recruitment process work?
Six stages: we receive your requirement; we run a feasibility review; we source candidates; we screen and assess them; you select from CVs, videos or interviews; and we handle documentation and deployment through to arrival. Who makes the final candidate selection?
You do. We source, screen and present candidates; the employer reviews, interviews and makes the final selection. We do not select on an employer's behalf.
What information/documents should the employer provide?
To open a requirement: your company name, the role(s) and headcount, the destination country, and your requirement details. We confirm the exact documentation checklist — company registration, demand letter, contract terms — once feasibility is reviewed.
What does recruitment cost the employer?
Terms are agreed case by case based on your requirement, sector and country. Contact [email protected] for a tailored proposal.
How are candidate-facing recruitment charges handled?
As an MEA-licensed Recruiting Agent, we are legally capped in what we can charge a worker directly — currently ₹30,000 + GST per candidate (Emigration Rules, Rule 25), collected only by digital payment or a receipted bank draft, never cash. Full detail is on our About & Compliance page.
Can a recruitment agency partner with WorkersFromIndia.com?
Yes — recruitment agencies, immigration lawyers and other partners can apply via the partner form on our Submit Requirement page. India-side candidates are routed through our own MEA licence under a written agreement.
Do you use sub-agents?
No. Indian law restricts MEA-licensed Recruiting Agents from operating through sub-agents. Recruitment activity for Indian candidates is carried out directly under our own licence.
Are jobs, visas, permits or deployment dates guaranteed?
No. We provide a compliant, professionally managed recruitment and documentation service — we do not guarantee employment, visa approval or a deployment date. Outcomes depend on employer selection, embassy decisions and immigration authorities.
