Ethical Recruitment Policy
Green Outdoors Global Private Limited ("GOGPL") is registered with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, as a Recruitment Agent under Licence B-1873/GUJ/COM/100/5/10332/2023, and operates under the Emigration Act, 1983 and the eMigrate framework. This policy sets out the principles we apply to every recruitment assignment.
1. Non-discrimination and fair treatment
We assess and select candidates on the basis of measurable criteria — documented experience, verified qualifications, interview performance and, where relevant, practical trade assessment. We do not discriminate on the basis of religion, caste, gender, region or any characteristic unrelated to a candidate's ability to perform the role. We describe our workforce and screening process using specific, verifiable criteria, not generalised claims about any group of people.
2. Transparency with candidates
Candidates are informed of the role, employer, destination country, and the general terms of the opportunity before they proceed through our screening process. We do not knowingly misrepresent a role, employer or destination to a candidate.
3. Consent and voluntary participation
Participation in our recruitment process is voluntary at every stage. Candidates may withdraw at any point before deployment. We collect and process candidate data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
4. Lawful documentation
We require genuine identity, education and experience documentation from candidates, and we do not knowingly submit or facilitate fraudulent documentation to any employer or authority. Deployment follows the eMigrate system and applicable emigration-clearance requirements.
5. Grievance mechanism
Candidates or employers who have a concern about how a recruitment assignment was handled may raise it with us directly using the contact details below. We aim to acknowledge grievances within a reasonable time and address them in good faith.
6. Scope and limits of our role
GOGPL's role is sourcing, screening, interview coordination, trade-testing coordination, documentation support and deployment coordination. Work authorisation, visa issuance, emigration clearance and entry permission are decided by the relevant government authorities, not by GOGPL. We do not guarantee employment or a visa outcome.
7. Review of this policy
We review this policy periodically and update it as our practices or applicable law evolve. The "Last updated" date above indicates when it was last revised.
8. Contact us

This policy describes GOGPL's stated principles and process controls. It does not itself constitute a certification by any third-party ethical-recruitment standard (for example, IRIS or a similar scheme) unless GOGPL holds that certification — confirm with GOGPL's compliance team before referencing any specific external standard on this page.
